Our Rooms

We have one twin bedroom*, one double bedroom and a king-sized double bedroom. All rooms have en-suite facilities and are non-smoking. Each room has a hospitality tray, colour TV/DVD, small safe, hairdryer and a range of complimentary toiletries. All of our guests have access to our free WiFi.

*Please note that in the Twin room, 1 bed is the standard 3' width, the other is 2'6" width. Both beds are the standard 6' in length.

Terms & Conditions

Our normal terms are cash, cheque or travellers cheques in Sterling.

A deposit of £20.00 is required to secure a reservation. In the event of cancellation this deposit will only be refunded if it has been possible to re-let the room.

Rooms are available from 3pm on the day of arrival, however, it may be possible to leave luggage at Manning Tree earlier than this by prior arrangement.

Rooms must be vacated by 10:30am on the day of departure but once again it may be possible to leave luggage to be collected at a later time, providing this has been arranged in advance.
